📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, engage, and onboard new hotel partners in Malang and surrounding areas.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
