Children Cognitive Coach

Neurotechnology Education Indonesia (NEI) is a pioneering company in the field of cognitive development for children, based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Raya. We are looking for a dedicated Children Cognitive Coach to help us create a lasting and positive impact on children's cognitive abilities and learning skills. In this role, you will be part of a team that uses evidence-based brain training methods to help children develop critical thinking, memory, and attention skills.

As a Children Cognitive Coach at NEI, you will work closely with children in various settings, including schools, after-school programs, and community centers. You will design and implement personalized training programs using tools like NeuroGym, Lumosity, and other cognitive assessment platforms. Your daily tasks will include conducting assessments, tracking progress, and providing feedback to both children and parents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement personalized cognitive training programs for children aged 6-12 using NeuroGym, Lumosity, and other cognitive assessment platforms.
• Conduct regular assessments and track progress using cognitive testing tools.
• Provide feedback and guidance to children and parents on cognitive development.
• Collaborate with educators and therapists to integrate cognitive training into existing educational programs.
• Educate parents on the benefits of cognitive training and how to support their child's development.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development workshops.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and training sessions.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that encourages learning and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cognitive training, educational psychology, or child development.
• Certification in cognitive assessment or educational psychology (e.g., Certified Educational Psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Proficiency in using cognitive training platforms like NeuroGym, Lumosity, and other similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
