As the Director of Elderly Protection, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive programs that address the unique needs of senior citizens. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement programs to address the needs of the elderly, including healthcare, social services, and educational initiatives.
• Oversee the coordination of community resources and partnerships to support elderly care and well-being.
• Advocate for policies and initiatives that promote the rights and dignity of senior citizens.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of existing programs to ensure their effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to expand access to care for the elderly.
• Represent the foundation at community events, conferences, and workshops to raise awareness about elderly issues and promote best practices.
• Manage a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the successful execution of programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in elderly care and advocacy to inform strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in elderly care, social services, or advocacy, with a proven track record of success in program development and management.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Familiarity with government policies and regulations related to elderly care and social welfare.
