📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the outlet's daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies.,Assist in the organization and coordination of medical equipment and supplies.,Support the team in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.,Promote the company's products and services through various marketing channels.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet, adhering to health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Customer service orientation and a problem-solving mindset.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
