📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales trends and opportunities.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

Achieve and maintain high sales performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.
