📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to drive sales and increase market share.,Provide technical guidance and support to clients to ensure their network solutions are optimized and running smoothly.,Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for network infrastructure improvements.,Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.,Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits of our network solutions.,Monitor and analyze network performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the network solutions industry.,Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software.,Proven track record of driving sales and increasing market share.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with network security and compliance standards.,Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
