📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain accurate food cost records.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the food service industry.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
