📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Analyze client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and successful sales processes.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to potential clients during the pre-sales phase.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to drive sales and client success.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of technical strategies to support sales efforts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pre-sales activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in relevant technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
