📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of departmental activities.,Support the Department Head in strategic planning and decision-making.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.,Manage and mentor department staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Contribute to the development of departmental objectives and initiatives.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
