In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our banquet events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are ready for events and properly maintained.,Work closely with the Banquet Staff to ensure all event requirements are met and that guests are satisfied.,Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service during events.,Assist in inventory management and ordering for banquet supplies.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, adhering to health and safety standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with banquet setup and service procedures.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
