🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with ERP systems and operational software,Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
