CV Sinergi Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies,Coordinate training and development programs for employees,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and work towards resolutions,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work effectively in a remote environment,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
