Bidang Maya Sate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant and growing restaurant in one of Bali's most popular tourist destinations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and well-maintained restaurant.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques.,Manage and train staff to ensure they are meeting service standards and company policies.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure food quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant's overall performance and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or fast-casual setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
