📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to achieve sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
