📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer support roles.

  • Knowledge of sales processes and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
