📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
• Monitor and maintain navigational and safety equipment.
• Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.
• Assist the Chief Officer in managing the crew.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of vessel operations and crew performance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of voyage plans.
• Provide support to the Chief Officer in decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• DPO Unlimited or Limited License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Second Officer on offshore vessels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of safety and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Indonesian language skills are a plus.
