The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation of proposals for global clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate the proposal writing process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of proposals to clients.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposal preparation.,Review and edit proposals to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.,Monitor and manage the proposal budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.,Provide training and support to junior staff on proposal writing and coordination processes.,Participate in client meetings and presentations to promote and sell our services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in proposal writing and client acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal writing, coordination, or a similar role in a global service provider.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-quality proposals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.,Experience in working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
