📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Prepare accurate and detailed quantity surveys for construction projects.
• Develop and maintain cost estimates and budget forecasts.
• Monitor project costs and identify areas for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and regulations.
• Provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to address cost-related issues and challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
• Mentor and train junior quantity surveyors and estimators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and estimating.
• Strong knowledge of SMP (Sistem Manajemen Proyek).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with construction cost estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Tekla, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
