MINDS (Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of students, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in special needs education.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the organization's strategic goals.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and individual differences.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
• Represent MINDS at local and international events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in special needs education, preferably in a training or instructional role.
• Strong knowledge of educational theories and practices relevant to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with assistive technologies and adaptive learning strategies.
• Valid teaching certificate or equivalent professional qualification.
