Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement,Create and schedule engaging content for our social media channels, including posts, stories, and videos,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner,Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute social media campaigns that support our hospital's goals,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy,Manage our social media accounts and ensure they are maintained and updated regularly,Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content,Proficient in using social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with healthcare industry and hospital operations is a plus,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
