Heavy Equipment & Genset Mechanic - Surabaya (Contract)

PT Danadipa Bertu Perkasa is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment and Genset Mechanic to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and routine maintenance of a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, concrete mixers, bulldozers, and cranes. You will also be tasked with maintaining and repairing gensets used in our construction projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of heavy equipment and gensets to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy machinery.
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of gensets, including oil changes, filter replacements, and performance checks.
• Monitor and maintain equipment records, including repair histories and service schedules.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure equipment is available and operational for project timelines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in heavy equipment and genset maintenance.
• Provide technical support and training to junior mechanics and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy equipment and genset maintenance.
• Proven track record of successful maintenance and repair projects.
• Certification in heavy equipment maintenance or a related field (e.g., NCCER, NATE, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with heavy equipment brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Volvo.
• Knowledge of genset brands and models commonly used in construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy machinery.
