📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit assigned customer locations to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
• Document all collection activities using SeaBank's proprietary software.
• Follow up on non-payment cases to ensure timely recovery.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Report daily collection activities to the Field Collection Manager.
• Adhere to SeaBank's strict compliance and security protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve collection techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
• Familiarity with Jakarta's neighborhoods and public transportation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in using basic office software (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
