📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP S/4HANA Finance processes, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Provide technical support and training to end-users, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Work closely with stakeholders to align IT strategies with business objectives and ensure successful project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an ICT Manager or similar role, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (e.g., FI-AA, FI-CO, FI-AR, FI-AP) is a plus.
Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
