📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to execution and close-out
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of contracts using specialized software like ContractWorks or similar tools
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of contracts to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement best practices for contract management
• Provide expert advice to project teams on contract-related matters
• Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external contractors and vendors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction industry
• Certification in contract management or a related field is a plus
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with contract management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
