📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed operational plans and schedules using tools like SAP and Microsoft Project.
• Analyze and forecast demand to optimize inventory levels and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align operational plans with business objectives.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational status and performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations planning and supply chain management.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
