📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all assets and packaging materials.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on asset status and usage.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper accounting of asset-related transactions.
- Implement and maintain asset management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
- Train and mentor junior staff on asset management procedures.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure timely disposal or transfer of obsolete or damaged assets.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of asset management software, such as SAP, is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
