📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting loan applications and credit assessments to ensure eligibility and compliance with Home Credit's policies.
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
• Managing collections and recoveries to minimize delinquencies and maintain a healthy portfolio.
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all financial transactions.
• Monitoring and reporting on field operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in consumer finance or banking.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Home Credit's products and services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
